HTM Helicopter Travel Munich GmbH is one of the largest helicopter companies in the German-speaking area having IFR and offshore certification as well as its own flight school. HTM operates around 30 helicopters at 6 locations with more than 4.000 hours of operation per year and is continuing to expand.

Working Student – Compliance Monitoring (m/f/d)

- Maintain and update employee training and certification records in the training management system
- Monitor training and certification validity, ensuring mandatory requirements are completed before expiration
- Support the administration of the training and certification management system
- Prepare, review, and maintain compliance documentation, work instructions, and document control processes
- Coordinate with different departments to collect, verify, and report compliance-related information and metrics
- Provide administrative and organizational support to the Compliance Monitoring team and its projects
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Aviation Management, Quality Management, Engineering, Law, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Very good written and spoken English; German language skills are an advantage
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Reliable, well-organized, and eager to learn
